1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our customer website and the purchase of products from K Two Products (Design) Ltd trading as Busy B ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us at info@busyb.co.uk.

3. Account Creation and Use
To place an order you are welcome to checkout as a guest, or you may wish to create an account with us. When placing an order, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Products and Availability
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images for products and services on our website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items listed on our website. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or discontinued at any time.
If any item ordered is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will inform you as soon as possible to advise and refund any sums due to you via the original payment method.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Delivery charges may apply and will be shown before you complete your order.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order with us, it constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) specified in the order. A binding contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Payment authorisation failure
- Product availability issues
- Pricing errors
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct items, names/addresses/payment details, delivery options and any discounts or promotions are entered during the checkout process, as we are unable to cancel or amend orders once placed. This does not affect your Right to Cancel (see section 11).
7. Discounts
Standard discount terms:
Unless otherwise specifically stated, our customer discounts are not valid on the following:
- Sale items
- Personalised items
- Stationary sets
- Special offers
- Gift Boxes
- Gift Vouchers
- Delivery
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and customer discounts cannot be used on Trade orders. Customer discounts are UK only.
Please ensure that any discount code you’ve entered has been applied to your basket before completing checkout, as we are unable to retrospectively apply a discount to an order once placed.
If you have any issues with redeeming or receiving a discount, please get in touch at info@busyb.co.uk before placing an order.
In addition to specific discounts that we may offer from time to time, full details of which will be listed here as appropriate, we’re also happy to offer the following discounts:
Newsletter Welcome Discount:
Customers signing up to our newsletter will receive a single use 10% discount code via email which is valid against first orders only. Customers must be logged in to redeem this code. The code will be emailed directly to your email address – please check your junk and spam folders and if the code has not arrived within 1 hour, please get in touch. Standard discount terms above apply.
Student Beans Discount:
Students, graduates and teachers are able to claim a 15% discount via Student Beans here. Standard discount terms above apply.
Blue Light Discount:
Emergency services, NHS, social care sector and armed forces employees with the Blue Light Card are able to claim a 20% discount via the Blue Light Website here. Standard discount terms above apply.
Stocking Fillers Discount:
Offer runs from 00.00 BST 19/11/2024 and ends 23:59 BST 24/11/2024. Standard discount terms above apply with the following exception - the code is only valid on products within the Stocking Fillers category online, however this includes personalised items. Code must be entered at the point of ordering - we cannot apply or refund this discount retrospectively.
We reserve the right to withdraw any discounts noted without notice.
8. Payment
We accept payment via the following methods:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Apply Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna
- PayPal
- Gift Voucher (see section 9 for more details)
We use Stripe to process our payments (with the exception of PayPal and Gift Vouchers), and we do not store your payment information.
Online payments are now even more secure due to the new PSD2 European standard, which introduces new authentication rules. Your shopping experience is still quick and secure, you will simply need to confirm your identity each time you make a payment online such as by entering a temporary code or by using your digital fingerprint on your banking app. Please note that every banking establishment may apply different authentication methods.
Payment shall be made by you without a deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, abatement or otherwise unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Supplier to you.
9. Gift Vouchers
Busy B Gift Vouchers can be purchased via the Busy B website here. Please note - our Gift Vouchers are e-vouchers which are automatically dispatched via email.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online at busyb.co.uk, are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please ensure that all details are correct when placing your Gift Voucher order as we are unable to amend or cancel these.
10. Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Our fulfilment centre normally operates Monday to Friday, so no orders are dispatched over the weekend. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.
During busy periods, some orders may be packed at our fulfilment centre over the weekend, but these will not be collected by our couriers until the next working day.
Delivery is offered to UK mainland addresses only as follows:
Free delivery thresholds are calculated on basket totals after any applicable discounts have been redeemed.
Please note, delivery times are provided to us by the courier service and are estimated, not guaranteed. Delivery time scales apply once your order is collected from our fulfilment centre by our courier. We are only able to deliver to UK mainland addresses, and this excludes BFPO addresses, PO boxes or forwarding services.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details – please ensure you provide full and complete delivery information during checkout.
In the event of non-delivery or delivery of damaged goods, you may be required to complete a disclaimer in order for us to be able to pursue the matter with the relevant courier.
11. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without a need to provide justification.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us at info@busyb.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will then provide instructions on how to return the items to us.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Certain items may be exempt from the right to cancel (e.g., perishable goods, personalised products).
For incorrect, faulty or damaged items, please see section 13.
12. Returns
In addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations, we are happy to be able to offer the following returns policy:
Provided items are returned in an unused, resellable condition, Busy B are happy to refund monies for any goods which are unsuitable, but cannot refund the cost of the original postage or return postage. Please send any unsuitable goods to 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR. Any unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition within 28 days of the original order date. We are unable to offer exchanges, therefore all monies due for returned items will be refunded via the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt. Please note – personalised items are excluded from our returns policy.
Returns are sent at your discretion – we recommend you use a tracked service where possible.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please see section 13.
13. Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@busyb.co.uk with details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference, in accordance with your statutory rights.
14. Personalised items
Personalised items are exempt from the Right to Cancel provided under the Consumer Protection Regulations and are also excluded from our returns policy. We have a specific set of additional terms applicable for personalised products as follows:
Personalised Product Terms
When you click the order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process on our website, you’re agreeing to our terms. If you’ve chosen to customise a product as part of that order, your order becomes a "personalised product” and the following terms then apply.
By completing your order for a customised item, you're agreeing to purchase the personalised product you've selected. At this point, we’ll go ahead and take payment using your chosen payment method.
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know everything’s in place - this is where our agreement with you becomes official.
Please Note: Products that are personalised or custom-made to your specifications are not eligible for standard cancellation rights.
Changes to Your Personalised Order
Since personalised products are made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements if there’s a mistake made during the ordering process, so please take a moment to double-check you are happy with everything you’ve selected and entered to be personalised before you confirm your purchase.
It’s super important that you ensure all the details in your personalised product are correct—whether it’s spelling, formatting, or anything else. Due to the speed at which our automated processes send personalised orders to our third party supplier for production, we can't make any changes or cancel orders once placed, so please be sure before you hit that confirmation button.
Personalised Content Terms
We do not permit personalised products to include any content or material which:
- Infringes copyright: you must ensure that you own the copyright or any other content that you wish to include in a personalised product or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that content in a personalised product.
- Infringes any other rights, such as a trademark, of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity.
- Contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation.
- Is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person.
- Misrepresents identity or impersonates any person.
- Includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person.
- Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Gives the impression that it emanates from or has been approved by us.
- Advocates illegal activity.
- Contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any other content which may compromise the service.
We're unable to take responsibility for any mistakes, errors, or defects that come from the information you provide - this includes things like spelling, typos, grammatical errors, the quantity ordered, or even the delivery address. To help avoid these issues, please take a moment to double-check everything in your order before moving forward with payment.
Processing and Delivery Timeframes
We know you’ll be excited to receive your personalised stationery! Since personalised items come from a different warehouse and are custom made to order, please allow 3-4 working days on top of your chosen delivery option (Royal Mail 24/48 hour delivery).

Order Not Quite Right?
If the product arrives in good condition, but there was an error in the content due to a mistake during ordering, we sadly won't be able to offer a refund. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a printing error on our end, don’t worry - you can request a refund or a reprint.
Just send us an email to info@busyb.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged item. We’ll review your request and let you know if you’re eligible for a refund or reprint. As mentioned above, we can’t take responsibility for any mistakes made during the ordering process.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
16. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the content without our prior written consent.
17. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not directly caused by our actions. We are also not responsible for any losses that arise as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms, or for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
19. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of the page.

3 Supply of merchandise
All products are sold solely subject to the following terms and conditions. Standard terms and conditions are expressly excluded.
All prices are trade and subject to change without notice.
Customers intending to trade via third party websites must get authority from Busy B.
Failure to do this could result in termination of contract. Busy B reserve the right to refuse customers selling on third party websites
Busy B do not operate a sale or return policy.
No orders will be considered cancelled unless confirmed notification is received by Busy B before products are sent. In the event of cancellation by the customer, Busy B may charge the customer costs incurred.
Busy B reserves the right to alter or improve packaging, quantity and content of products.
Busy B reserves the right to alter or improve outer or carton packaging and change the quantities packed within.
Risk in products passes to the customer on delivery.
Busy B may cancel any order by notice to the customer. Busy B will aim to meet agreed delivery dates. Busy B will only arrange timed deliveries after prior agreement with the customer and all additional costs incurred will be met by the customer.
4 Claims
Any claims for damage or shortage, or any queries against an invoice must be made with K TWO Products in writing within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise to 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR. No claim can be considered if made after 5 working days, when payment will be required in full.
5 Payment
Cheques should be made payable to Busy B.
Busy B reserve the right to use an outside agency to assist in collection of non payment of invoices, or a solicitor on a full indemnity basis.
Title to products does not pass until paid for in full.
6 Labelling and Packaging
The cost of supplying and labelling products is £0.20 per unit.
Busy B cannot change minimum order quantities or inner package/carton quantities.
7 Liability
Busy B’s liability is limited to the sums paid for the order to which the claim relates. Busy B accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or special losses or punitive damages or for economic losses of any kind, even where it has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Busy B does not limit or exclude its liability as strictly prescribed by law for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter for which its liability cannot be limited or excluded by law, as the case may be.
8 Discounts
Code ORDER1 is valid on your 1st online order placed at BusyB.co.uk. Valid for orders over £150 (net). Code must be applied at checkout.
£150 NET CARRIAGE PAID OFFER
We're offering £150 NET carriage paid on orders delivered. This offer is available on all UK mainland orders. Countries outside mainland UK can enjoy £150 NET minimum order while usual delivery charges will still apply. This offer can be redeemed via email info@busyb.co.uk or over the phone.
9 UK Mainland terms only
Payment is required Pro-forma for the first order or until satisfactory credit references have been completed.
Once an account application has been approved, payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, unless other terms are agreed in writing.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the applicable rate.
£150 carriage paid offer is valid on all full-priced products. Minimum order is £150 net of VAT. Valid online only. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer
10 Republic of Ireland terms only
Payment is required Pro-forma for the first order or until satisfactory credit references have been completed.
Once an account application has been approved, payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice unless other terms are agreed in writing.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the Irish VAT rate. Our VAT number is IE3749241FH.
Minimum order value is £250 net of VAT.
Carriage will be charged at £40 for orders between £250-£450.
The £150 carriage paid offer is not valid on orders outside of the UK mainland.
All orders will be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) so all duties are paid prior to final delivery.
11 Countries other than UK Mainland
All orders must be paid for Pro-forma.
European invoices will be zero rated for VAT only where a VAT registration number has been provided.
All countries (other than mainland UK) will be charged carriage - priced on a volume/country basis.
Minimum order value is £200 net of VAT. The £150 carriage paid offer is not valid on orders outside of the UK.
