We want to reassure everyone that we’re keeping a close eye on the requirements to best protect the business, our team and our customers as the COVID-19 updates unfold.
At present our website is operational, but with slight delays to delivery. This means it might take up to 10 working days for your order to arrive to the UK mainland, 15-20 working days for orders to Ireland and Europe, and 25 working days for orders to the rest of the world. Our customer service team are working from home and ready to give you the best assistance and our warehouse will continue to fulfil all orders. Due to resourcing issues related to Covid-19, Royal Mail deliveries to some areas in the UK are likely to be limited. Please refer to Royal Mail's website for delivery updates in your local area here.
We’d like to highlight that we cannot change a delivery address once an online order has been placed. This means if you place an order for delivery to a workplace that is now closed to allow working from home, we, unfortunately, cannot amend this address.

Delivery & Returns
Following recent announcements regarding disrupted delivery to some countries out with the UK, we are temporarily only able to offer delivery to shipping addresses in the UK and Channel Islands. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are keeping a close eye on the situation and hope to offer our usual delivery services as soon as possible.
Please note we are still shipping to Ireland for trade orders only.

Please note to qualify for free UK mainland tracked delivery, the final order amount (including after any discounts) needs to be over £25.
We operate Monday to Friday, so no orders are dispatched over the weekend. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. Some orders may be packed and sent by our warehouse over the weekend, but these will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day.
We currently do not offer a 2nd class untracked delivery service for UK mainland orders. If you have ordered with this service recently, please note 2nd class orders are currently taking up to approximately 10 working days after dispatch to arrive.
Tracked orders are currently taking approximately 5 working days after dispatch to arrive. Please note that dispatch will usually take 2-3 working days.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days after dispatch (Royal Mail’s policy here), please contact your neighbours or local Royal Mail sorting office in the first instance to see if a parcel is waiting for collection, as sometimes they forget to leave a card. If the parcel is not there, then please contact us.
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay delivery of your order (e.g. high quantity of orders - especially on the run-up to Christmas, hazardous weather, or postal strikes) we do ask for your patience.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information (address, name, etc) given at point of ordering is correct as no changes can be made once the order has been placed.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY (INC. IRELAND AND CHANNEL ISLANDS)
Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout and vary according to destination and weight of goods ordered. Free delivery is not available to overseas orders, including Ireland and Channel Islands.
For overseas delivery, we ask you to wait until at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date.
Amid these challenging times, we're asking if you would like to return any online orders over the next while, please contact us first via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can advise you on how best to return goods to us.
Busy B will be happy to refund or replace any goods which are faulty or arrive damaged. You must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the faulty/damaged goods if your intention is to return it/them. You will be asked to complete a Faulty Goods Form and to return the faulty/damaged goods to 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR. Busy B will refund the postage on any faulty/damaged goods (up to and including a 2nd class recorded service by Royal Mail). If your return is too large to send by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded then please contact us to arrange an alternative. Busy B will only issue the refund once the completed form and faulty/damaged goods have been received. During busy times, this can take up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
Busy B will be happy to refund monies for any goods which are unsuitable but cannot refund the cost of the postage. You must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the unsuitable goods if your intention is to return it/them. Please send unsuitable goods to 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR. Any unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. All monies will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges and ask that you order replacement goods on our website.
Delivery will be made within 2-3 working days for all straight forward deliveries in UK mainland only. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will depend on destination. Any orders requiring labelling or any special requirements may take longer. Busy B will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Busy B do not operate a sale or return policy.
£100 carriage paid offer is valid on all full-priced products. Minimum order is £100 net of VAT. Valid online only for UK Mainland customers. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. A carriage paid phone order is £200 net of VAT. Carriage will be charged at £12.50 for orders under £200.
The cost of supplying and labelling products is £0.20 per unit.
