We operate Monday to Friday, so no orders are dispatched over the weekend. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day. Some orders may be packed by our warehouse over the weekend, but these will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on the time after orders have been dispatched.
When will my order arrive?
This depends on the delivery method you select. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK - Untracked Delivery - approx. 5-7 working days (not trackable)
UK - 48 Hour Tracked Delivery - approx. 3-5 working days (trackable via RM)
UK Mainland - 24 Hour Tracked Delivery - approx. 2-3 working days (trackable via RM)
My order hasn't arrived.
We ask that you allow up to 10 working days to receive your order to allow for any delays or issues on the couriers end. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at info@busyb.co.uk and we can organise either a replacement or a refund.
The completed status on your online order means that your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre. UK mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on the method you selected at the checkout. If you have selected the untracked method, we will not be able to provide any tracking information.
How do I return unsuitable items?
Busy B will be happy to refund monies for any goods which are unsuitable but cannot refund the cost of the postage. You must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the unsuitable goods if your intention is to return it/them. Please send unsuitable goods to 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR. Any unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging with the order receipt inside and in their original condition. Please note in this instance, the customer is liable for the postage costs for returning the item. All monies will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
We are currently not shipping out with the UK and Channel Islands. We hope to resume shipping overseas soon. Please keep an eye out on our website and emails for updates.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges, so we’d ask that you return the unsuitable item (see above) and reorder the correct item from our website.
I have received a damaged product
If you ordered on the Busy B website, we’ll be more than happy to send you a replacement, with no need to return the item to us. To ensure that we can organise this as soon as possible, we ask you to contact us at info@busyb.co.uk so we can send you a damaged goods disclaimer form and email it back to us, so we can log your complaint.
If you would like to return your item, please then send back your goods to Busy B Returns, 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR and we’ll also refund your postage (up to and including a 2nd class recorded service).
Just pop a short note in saying why you are returning it and make sure your name and order number are also on the note. Alternatively, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to info@busyb.co.uk
If you purchased it from another retailer, your buying contract is with them, so we’d recommend getting in touch with the retailer in the first instance.
Busy B will only issue a refund once we’ve received the faulty goods. Please allow up to 7 working days, from the date received at Busy B, for the refund to be processed.
I entered the wrong details at the checkout, can I change them?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information (address, name, etc) given at point of ordering is correct. Unfortunately no changes can be made once the order has been placed.
Do you offer discount to students, teachers and graduates?
Yes! We now offer a 15% discount to students, teachers and graduates. Visit our student discount page to find out more.

I’ve been charged from a Paypal registered as K Two Products Ltd instead of Busy B, is this you?
Yes! We know it is confusing but before we became Busy B, the business was registered as K Two Products Ltd, so this may appear as the transaction on your Paypal account.
Why is my order not showing in my Busy B account?
An account must be created prior to placing an order, any order processed before an account was created will not show up.
Don’t worry! If you created an account after placing the order and received a confirmation email, then rest assured – your new stationery is on the way. You will then receive a dispatch email containing your shipping information
Why is my discount code not working?
Our discount codes are only valid on full-priced items. The use of discount codes is excluded on sale, trade orders, stationery sets and gift boxes.
Only got full-priced items in your basket and it still isn’t working? Get in touch with us at hello@busyb.co.uk and we’ll look into this further for you. Please include the discount you’re trying to use and which item/s you have in your basket as this will help us get it sorted as soon as we can!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t make any changes once the order has been placed! Please make sure you enter the correct information at checkout to avoid your items getting lost.
I haven’t received any email confirmation but payment has been taken.
