Loads of our ideas for new products start as a complaint! Often from a friend or a family member of one of our team or from a customer who wishes we’d design a product that would solve their frustration.
Previous examples have included:
“Couldn’t you create something that would help me to do my work expenses and mileage receipts quicker?”
And hey presto…the receipt book was born.
“Frustratingly the quickly scribbled notes in my diary mean work and home stuff gets all jumbled up”
this led us to thinking about how busy mums manage 2 busy lives – one at work and one at home and ask some more busy women for their thoughts. From this our unique double week to view layout was created for the Busy Life Diary and combined with lists and clever pockets it’s become a best seller.
