A NOTE FROM KERRI B – NOVEMBER

CHRISTMAS IS REALLY STARTING TO CREEP UP ON US AT BUSY B. WE’RE ALL STARTING TO FEEL CHRISTMASSY – OUR CHRISTMAS NIGHT OUT IS PLANNED AND THE SHOPS ARE FILLING UP WITH GLITTER AND SPARKLE TO GET US ALL IN THE MOOD.

Buzzing around in my head is of course the amount of organising and planning ahead that is needed to create a lovely family Christmas for everyone.

Cue: many frustrations and requests from friends and customers for products to lend a helping hand at the busiest time of year!

So here are some of my favourite products to help stay on top of the mayhem that comes before Christmas.Family Calendar comes into it’s own – my November and December pockets are a god send for all the invites, school concerts and party letters. I often paper clip a list of names to the pocket of my family calendar in November and December of the ‘still to think of’ gift ideas so that they are front of mind and I can scribble down anything I do think of immediately!

Hang your 2015 Calendar up early and keep it behind the 2014 one and scribble in new year dates as they come up!

I love getting out my Christmas planner to say hello again to the ‘only at Christmas’ recipes. Some of our family favourites include Nigella’s Christmas Rocky Road and decoration dough, which is very easy to make, bake and decorate with the kids, lovely to as tree decorations or to tie on to gifts for that thoughtful home made feel.

Speed up wrapping with the right tools, all neatly stored together in one place: I love the Sellotape wrist dispensers and always stock up on the tape in November, it cuts wrapping time in half.

There are loads of great deals if you buy multiple roll wrap and tags so having somewhere to store it makes our gift wrap bag a real life saver at this time of year.

The Busy B Christmas labels sell out every year, super cute and brilliant value with 160 labels in a pack, you can go to town brightening up cards and parcels.

Have fun planning a really special Christmas!
