would be complete without a cookie! This recipe is great because it's so versatile, once you've got the hang of the basic recipe - you can add just about anything you can think of! Make it a double chocolate whammy with more cocoa powder, add fruit like cranberries or blueberries, or add food colouring for cookies in all the colours of the rainbow!
You will need
1 tbsp honey
275g self-raising flour
1 large egg
250g chocolate chips (or anything else you fancy)
Few drops vanilla essence
Cream together the butter, sugar, and honey until the mix is light and fluffy.
Stir in the flour and beaten. Mix thoroughly and stir in the chocolate chips, you can always add in a little milk if the mixture becomes too stiff. Spoon onto a baking tray, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
