Busy B sells to consumers via our website and Amazon and we also sell directly to well-known high street retailers such as John Lewis, WH Smith and Waterstones. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketer to help develop the Busy B brand online, engage consumers and grow our website sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Create a clear vision for the Busy B brand and manage across all digital channels

- Developing Digital Marketing plan and Social Media plan, associated costs and content

- Setting and achieving website sales and database targets

- Implement a new CRM system to maximise the effectiveness of email marketing

- Overseeing the execution of the Social Media Strategy, support Digital Executive as required

- Responsible for generating content ideas and online initiatives (copy, photography, video etc.)

- Completing weekly reports tracking KPIs, sales and budget

- Responsible for the online advertising strategy and managing ROAS

- Create and drive website development projects and work with external agency as required

- Oversee Consumer and Trade website, work with Digital Executive to update products seasonally and run promotions

- Responsible for Consumer acquisition plan and execution

- Managing and executing all seasonal packshoot, web banner and lifestyle shoots, liaising with external resources as required

- Responsible for the SEO plan, using external agency when required

- Communicate the Digital Plan to the team

- Work closely with the warehouse, ensuring they are updated on all website/product plans

- Responsibility for all various consumer marketing materials; leaflets, free gifts etc

- Work closely with the Online Sales Manager to maintain stock levels for the website and eBay

- Work closely with external agencies/designers to launch campaigns

- Attend sales meetings as required

- Develop online PR presence and 'Kerri' persona 

- Managing and supporting Digital Marketing Executive workload and performance

- Managing, setting and controlling the Digital & Marketing budget

- Attendance at Monthly Management Meeting, creation of monthly report

 

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years’ experience working in digital marketing

- Experience working within a B2C company or brand

- Proven track record of building brand engagement and followers

- Styling and photography skills would be an advantage

- Ability to write website/email content and copy

- Proficient in using an eCommerce CMS system like Magento, WordPress, Shopify or similar

- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Trends to spot areas for website improvement and opportunities for sales growth

- Experience using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest

- Experience using email marketing platforms like Mailchimp

- Experience of selecting and managing a CRM system to grow engagement

- Experience tracking and reporting sales figures and working to a target

- Strong understanding of eCommerce lifecycle and working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred experience:

- Managing and executing paid advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Shopping and Google Ads

- Experience and understanding of SEO
