Please note to qualify for free UK mainland tracked delivery, the final order amount (including any discount) needs to be over £20.

 

We operate Monday to Friday, so no orders are dispatched over the weekend. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day. Some orders may be packed and sent by our warehouse over the weekend, but these will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day.

 

If you have not received your order within 10 working days after dispatch (Royal Mail’s policy here), please contact your neighbours or local Royal Mail sorting office in the first instance to see if a parcel is waiting for collection, as sometimes they forget to leave a card. If the parcel is not there, then please contact us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information (address, name, etc) given at point of ordering is correct as no changes can be made once the order has been placed.

 

RETURNS

Busy B will be happy to refund or replace any goods which are faulty or arrive damaged. You must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the faulty/damaged goods if your intention is to return it/them. You will be asked to complete a Faulty Goods Form and to return the faulty/damaged goods to 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR. Busy B will refund the postage on any faulty/damaged goods (up to and including a 2nd class recorded service by Royal Mail). If your return is too large to send by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded then please contact us to arrange an alternative. Busy B will only issue the refund once the completed form and faulty/damaged goods have been received. During busy times, this can take up to 14 days from the date of receipt.

Busy B will be happy to refund monies for any goods which are unsuitable but cannot refund the cost of the postage. Please send unsuitable goods to 11 Gayfield Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3NR. Any unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. All monies will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.

We do not offer exchanges and ask that you order replacement goods on our website. We do not offer refunds for Busy B gift vouchers.
